SEVENTY3

Privacy

SEVENTY3 collects nothing. Not a reduced amount. Nothing.

There is no account to create, no email to hand over, no analytics package, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, and no third-party SDK of any kind. The app makes no network requests while you use it.

What stays on your device

All of it lives in the app's own storage on your iPhone. It is never uploaded, because there is nowhere to upload it to. Delete the app and it is gone. You can also erase it from Settings inside the app at any time.

The purchase

Unlocking General and Amateur Extra is an Apple in-app purchase. Apple handles the payment and tells the app whether you own it. We never see your name, your payment details, or your Apple Account. We do not receive, store, or process any of it.

Elmer, the on-device tutor

Elmer runs on Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. Nothing you type or read is sent to a server, ours or anyone else's, and it works with the phone in airplane mode. There is no cloud model behind it.

Children

Amateur radio has no minimum age and plenty of licensees are children. Since the app collects no data from anyone, it collects none from them either.

App Store privacy label

SEVENTY3's App Store listing declares Data Not Collected. That is the whole label, and this page is the long version of it.

Changes

If this ever changes, it changes here first and in an app update people can read before installing. Last updated 5 August 2026.
